Credit packs are one-time purchases of additional requests that never expire. They are suitable when you need extra capacity on top of your monthly subscription—for example during content campaigns, site migrations, or seasonal peaks.

This depends on the type of credits:
Subscription credits (monthly requests):
These expire at the end of each month. At the beginning of a new month, the counter resets to the number of requests included in your subscription. Unused monthly credits are therefore not carried over to the next month.
Credit Top-Up Packs (purchased credits):
These never expire. Purchased credit packs remain in your account indefinitely. They are only used once your monthly subscription credits are exhausted. Credit packs therefore act as a buffer for when you need more requests than your monthly limit.
